Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GetFundRaise. By using our platform, creating a campaign, making donations, or accessing any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our platform.
GetFundRaise is a crowdfunding platform that allows users to raise funds for projects, causes, charitable initiatives, products, and other approved purposes through donations and contributions.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, campaign, or content that violates these Terms and Conditions, our internal policies, or applicable laws.

1. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your account.
You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
GetFundRaise is not responsible for losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
You may not:
  • Impersonate another individual or organization
  • Use offensive, misleading, or inappropriate usernames
  • Violate the rights of other users or third parties
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities

2. Campaign Content and Accuracy
All campaign creators must provide truthful, accurate, and transparent information regarding their fundraising purpose.
You may not publish false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
Campaign creators are fully responsible for:
  • Campaign descriptions
  • Photos, videos, and media
  • Reward/perk fulfillment
  • Fund usage
  • Compliance with laws and regulations
Do not use duplicated titles, images, or campaign materials that may confuse contributors or imitate another campaign.
If two campaigns are found to be substantially similar, GetFundRaise reserves the right to determine legitimacy and remove duplicate or misleading campaigns.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on GetFundRaise:
  • Links to external fundraising, crowdfunding, or payment-processing websites
  • Fraudulent or deceptive fundraising
  • Offensive, harmful, illegal, or abusive content
  • Misrepresentation of products, causes, or campaign goals
  • Fundraising for illegal products or unlawful activities
  • Promotion of supplements or products claiming to diagnose, cure, or treat diseases without legal approval
  • Sale or offering of prohibited items, including live animals or alcohol
  • Heavily manipulated, misleading, or unrealistic imagery that could deceive contributors
  • Any content that violates intellectual property or third-party rights
We reserve the right to remove any campaign or content that violates these restrictions.

4. Privacy and Personal Information
Users may not post or disclose sensitive personal information, including but not limited to:
  • Bank account numbers
  • Credit or debit card details
  • Financial records
  • Confidential personal identification data
Campaign creators must not misuse, share, or disclose contributor information.
Contributor data may only be used for purposes directly related to campaign fulfillment, communication, or reward delivery.

5. Fees, Payments, and Withdrawals
Registration on GetFundRaise is free.
However, GetFundRaise charges an 10% platform commission on all successfully received contributions to cover operational, transaction, and service costs.
All payments and donations are processed exclusively through PayPal, a trusted third-party payment processor.
Withdrawal Terms
  • Funds are released 30 days after a campaign ends
  • Withdrawals are subject to review, verification, and compliance checks
  • If a campaign raises less than USD 1,000, an additional fixed USD 10 PayPal processing fee will be deducted at the time of withdrawal
Users are responsible for ensuring their PayPal account information is accurate and active.

6. Rewards, Perks, and Fulfillment
If your campaign offers rewards, perks, or promised deliverables, you are solely responsible for fulfilling them as described.
If you are unable to fulfill promised rewards, you must make reasonable efforts to refund contributors when appropriate.
GetFundRaise is not responsible for fulfillment failures between campaign creators and contributors.

7. Fraud Prevention and Fund Holds
GetFundRaise reserves the right to review, delay, partially withhold, or fully withhold campaign funds under circumstances including, but not limited to:
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Fraud investigations
  • Violations of these Terms
  • Suspicious activity
  • Legal or regulatory concerns
  • Misrepresentation or deceptive fundraising behavior
We may also seek reimbursement for damages, losses, chargebacks, or liabilities caused by user misconduct.

8. Platform Rights and Content Moderation
GetFundRaise does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of campaign content.
Campaign creators are solely responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with:
  • Applicable laws
  • Tax obligations
  • Fundraising regulations
  • Product safety requirements
  • Platform policies
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
  • Remove campaigns
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Restrict platform access
  • Refuse publication of any content
  • Investigate suspicious activity
We are not obligated to disclose internal moderation decisions.

9. Permitted Campaign Types
GetFundRaise supports fundraising for a wide variety of lawful initiatives, including:
  • Charitable causes
  • Community support
  • Personal fundraising
  • Creative projects
  • Startups and products
  • Educational campaigns
  • Social and cultural initiatives
