When will I receive my donations?

Funds are generally released 30 days after the end of your campaign, subject to payment processing, verification, and compliance review.
Once approved, the collected amount will be transferred to the campaign creator through the registered PayPal account.

How do I end my campaign?

To manually end your campaign:
  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click on Campaigns
  3. In the Actions column, click Edit
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  5. Check the Finish Campaign option
  6. Click Edit Campaign to save changes
Once your campaign is finished, it becomes eligible for withdrawal according to our platform policies.

How do I add my PayPal account for withdrawals?

To configure your withdrawal account:
  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click on Configure
  3. Enter your PayPal account email address
  4. Click Save
Make sure your PayPal account is active and correctly configured before requesting withdrawals.

How do I withdraw my funds?

If your campaign has already ended:
  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click on Campaigns
  3. In the Actions column, click Make Withdrawal

What if my campaign has not ended yet?

If your campaign is still active, you must first close it before requesting a withdrawal.
  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click on Campaigns
  3. In the Actions column, click Edit
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  5. Check Finish Campaign
  6. Click Edit Campaign
  7. Return to the Actions column
  8. Click Make Withdrawal

How are payments processed?

All donations and withdrawals on GetFundRaise are processed through PayPal.
This helps ensure:
  • Secure transactions
  • Fraud protection
  • Global payment support
  • Reliable payment processing

Is there a fee to use GetFundRaise?

Creating an account and launching a campaign is free.
We only charge fees when funds are successfully raised.
Fee Structure:
  • 10% platform fee on successfully received donations
  • Additional USD 10 fixed PayPal processing fee for campaigns that raise less than USD 1,000

Is GetFundRaise a charity or non-profit organization?
No.


GetFundRaise is a private for-profit crowdfunding platform. We are not a charity, NGO, foundation, or non-profit organization.

We provide the technology and infrastructure that allow users to create lawful fundraising campaigns and connect with supporters worldwide.
