A blessed to all of us. I am Sheryl Anne Diaz, 30years old from the Philippines. I have two children and a husband. I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease stage 5. I am a working mom and my husband is a driver. I would like to reach out to you for assistance, as being ill i cannot sustain my job, my earning become less and less and so as my husband as he need to take care of me, and our children. We both do not have parents anymore, we only have each other but we cannot support our job and our children and my medical expenses all at the same time. There were a lot of times that i wanted to give up and just wait for my days to end. But God is still helping me see hope. This platform is one of them.
