My family owns a 139,000 sq.m. of land located near the riverbank in a not so remote xommunity where the government constructed a flood dike that almost destroyed the whole property. We understand the situation of the construction of the dike since our land plays the most important role in protecting the community frim floodings that brought by the river. Now, I want to develop it and turn it into a more useful land and environment for the community. It would be better if the whole land area has trees that will strengten the grounds of the land and may serve as family retreat area where they will enjoy the nature and good environment. Since its location is beside the riverbank and the walls protecting the land is a dike that serves as our perineter wall People may enjoy walking and jogging above the dike while enjoying the view of the river and in addition if tress are plante ld such as Mahogany, Pine Trees and grafted Mango Trees and othe Fruit nearing Trees the view will be much more excellent. The land is owned by our family and somehow government projects almost destoyed it and by the tine we diacovered it, it was almost destroyed. The lamd if developed may protect the community from flooding.
This plan is not for us to benefits but for the whole community since they have been freely passing through our land when going for a swin or do laundry in the river. The area is best for Farm Resort and can also be a very good investment but no plans yet because of funding and better transform it to a very much more of a nature environment where it is relaxing to walk around it and inside it.
Help me out and fund me and I will see to it that your help will not be wasted and ciuld be a start of future investments. Thank you and God Bless
