My name is Ahmad, and I am from Indonesia. I have always believed that education can change the direction of a person's life. For me, education has never been something I could simply take for granted. It has been something I have had to work for, sacrifice for, and continue pursuing despite financial limitations. I recently completed my bachelor's degree in Information Systems. Reaching that point was deeply meaningful to me because it represented years of studying, working, and trying to move forward even when circumstances were not easy. I am grateful that I was able to reach this milestone, but I also know that I still have much more to learn. My next dream is to pursue a master's degree in Business Analytics or Data Science abroad. I want to learn how data and technology can be used to solve real problems, improve organizations, create efficiency, and ultimately make people's lives better. I hope to build a career where the knowledge I gain can have a purpose beyond simply earning an income. But there is a difficult reality behind this dream: I do not come from a family with the financial resources to make studying abroad easy. I have had to build much of my educational and professional journey through my own effort. While working, I have also carried financial responsibilities and tried to continue improving myself. The cost of an international master's degree, however, is far beyond what I can realistically save from my current circumstances. That is why I am opening this fundraising campaign. I am not asking someone to simply give me a better life. I am asking for an opportunity to take a step that I cannot currently take alone. My long-term fundraising goal is US$100,000. I understand that this is a very significant amount. My immediate priority, however, is the funding necessary for my master's education and the essential costs of studying abroad—tuition, accommodation, living expenses, travel, insurance, visa costs, and other academic expenses. If I am fortunate enough to receive support beyond those immediate educational needs, I want that support to become part of something larger than myself. One of my greatest hopes is to give my parents a more comfortable and secure life. I want to reach a point where I can give back to them for everything they have endured and sacrificed. And eventually, I want to help other people. I know what it feels like to have a dream but have limited financial resources standing between you and that dream. Because of that, I hope that someday I will be able to help students who cannot afford an education, families facing difficult circumstances, vulnerable elderly people, and others who simply need someone to give them an opportunity. I don't know exactly where this journey will lead me. I only know that I want to keep moving forward. If you choose to support me, you would not simply be helping me pay for a degree. You would be helping me create an opportunity that I hope will continue producing something meaningful long after I graduate. And if you cannot contribute financially, I completely understand. Sharing my story with someone else, offering encouragement, or simply wishing me well would already mean something to me. I am sharing this story because I believe that sometimes a person does not need someone to solve their entire life. Sometimes they simply need someone to help them take the next step.
