Since then, I have been actively searching for employment, attending interviews, and doing everything I can to provide for my family. To make matters worse, after waiting nearly five months for my UIF documentation, I discovered that my former employer had not properly registered me as an employee. This has left me without access to the financial support I was depending on while I searched for work. I am the primary provider for a household of four, including two children. Every day has become a challenge as we try to cover basic necessities such as food, electricity, fuel, and household expenses. I am not giving up. I am actively pursuing employment while also working hard to establish a small transport business using my reliable vehicle. My goal is not simply to survive this crisis but to build a stable future for my family and regain our independence.
